Orders route through a five-warehouse network. The China hub in Guangzhou handles
factory-direct global dispatch; three United States warehouses cover domestic fulfilment
including Puerto Rico and Hawaii; a Canadian warehouse serves Canadian buyers. Because stock
is held regionally, a buyer in the United States is not waiting on an international customs
queue for material already in the country.

Shipping is priced per warehouse and published on each warehouse page — the rate you read
is the rate checkout charges. Most sellers of WBS research peptides hide
that figure until you have created an account; we do not.

Batch documentation you can verify independently

Independent analysis is part of the supply record rather than a marketing claim. Testing
reports are published as certificate records identified by their laboratory task number, so
a batch can be checked on the analysing laboratory’s own portal before it becomes repeat

Are your peptides real and authentic?

Yes — we are a factory-direct supplier with stable production and large inventory. All products are manufactured under strict quality standards, and COAs (Certificates of Analysis) are available for verification.

How should peptides be stored?

Lyophilized (powder) peptides can be stored at room temperature before mixing. After reconstitution, they should be refrigerated (2–8°C) and used within 4–6 weeks. Unmixed (lyophilized) peptides can remain stable for up to 24 months when stored properly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT on either ERC-20 or TRC-20, and Litecoin (LTC). You choose the network at checkout and we show you the matching wallet address, the exact amount, and a QR code.

How does crypto payment work?

Place your order and pick a network. Your order is held while you send payment to the address shown, then you email us the transaction hash (TXID) with your order number. Once we confirm it on-chain, we ship.

Is payment safe?

Payments go directly to our own wallets — no third party holds your funds. Send only the coin and network you selected at checkout: sending a different coin, or the right coin on the wrong network, cannot be recovered.

How long does shipping take?

China warehouse: dispatched within 48 hours, usually arriving in 8–14 days. US warehouses: dispatched within 24 hours, 3–7 days standard or 2 business days overnight. Canada warehouse: dispatched within 24 hours, 3–7 days.

Do I need to pay customs or taxes?

No — our shipping includes customs clearance and taxes. You won't need to handle anything extra.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking information may take 1–3 days to activate after shipment. This is normal — once it updates, you'll be able to see the full tracking progress.
